Rabbi Janet Burden invites old friends and new, from Beit Klal Yisrael and beyond, to come share a vegetarian meal as Shabbat draws to a close, on the first Shabbat after the new moon.

Please bring a vegetarian or kosher fish dish to share. Each gathering will begin with a meal, followed by the Havdalah ceremony. Those who wish to are invited to stay and reflect on what being Jewish means to us, using discussion, poetry, music, art or drama – as the group decides in advance for each session.
